My packages are designed to give you the greatest possible opportunity to reach your goals. As such I do not run ‘short’ programs. Should you choose to work with me, you’ll be learning many new exercise principles and it’s very important that we ensure they are mastered so that you receive the full benefit from them.
Each of my packages are preceded by the Functional Assessment.
Functional Assessment
Price: £120.00.
The Functional Assessment provides me with the information I require to ensure that the exercise we do together is of maximum benefit to you and does not aggravate past or existing injuries:
Initial Paperwork – emailed or posted to you. I will review your paperwork and may recommend simple, home-based laboratory testing should you have symptoms relating to stress, hormone imbalance or digestive disturbance.

Location:
I am able to provide home-based, mobile training but prefer to work out of two centres, one in West Central London and one in Fulham. Both centres are well-equipped and quiet, with separate, private consultation rooms.
